Complete TESL 1 (CTESOL certificate) to become certified to teach in many markets abroad. Or, complete TESL 1 and TESL 2 (OCELT certificate) to become a highly sought after ESL teacher, abroad and at home, at the post-secondary level.
Our TESL 1 and TESL 2 courses will prepare and certify you to teach ESL students around the world. These courses are useful for both beginner and experienced teachers to expand their knowledge and certifications for international or adult English language learners. Courses are taught by professionals at the top of their field. Fully online, the coursework can be done anywhere there is internet access. Each course has a practicum component that can be arranged in your community.
Requirements
These courses are open to those who have an undergraduate degree and meet the English language requirements as set out by TESL Ontario. If you are a K-12 teacher in Canada, you might be more interested in the Continuing Teacher Education post-graduate certificate offered in Ontario and BC.
